I am a clinical herbalist, aromatherapist, artisan distiller and organic gardener based in the Pacific Northwest. Through my online school, Floranella, I teach people how to work with plants safely and effectively from the garden to the still to the apothecary.

On Instagram, I also share about our simple, natural lifestyle on our urban homestead. You might see me talk about baking sourdough bread, learning to knit and spin yarn, sewing custom garments for my handmade wardrobe, visiting farms (as we dream about buying our own!), gardening, working in the apothecary, or otherwise adventuring in this creative, rooted life.
