Book Review: Flirty Little Secret by Jessica Lepe

Rating: 3 stars of 5

This book has You've Got Mail vibes but with an endearing neurodivergent FMC and a MMC who communicates via text and DM’s instead of AOL. Rather than the classic bookstore or ‘shop around the corner,’ this story takes place primarily in a school setting, as both of our main characters are teachers.

This story would make a great beach or vacation read. It’s super fluffy and fun, quick to get through, and I really enjoyed the tone and writing. The mental health representation was nice to see as well.

This is Jessica’s debut novel and I’ve already signed up for her newsletter so I can hear about upcoming releases when she has other work available. I think a lot of people will like this one.
